Re Enzo Hotel - Bologna

The breakfast spread was diverse and good.

I was frustrated with how cramped the shower was. It felt impossibly small. The central heating turned off at night, leaving me shivering in the early morning hours, quite disruptive. The lack of more than a single sheet as bedding, as I felt cold and exposed throughout my stay.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in an exceptionally nice position impossible to park in the area. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and helped me with public parking. Location just next door to many restaurants;))

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience, as the hotel is situated near lively nightlife.

That was quiet and newly remodelled hotel set in secure area, short walk to public transport as well as the Neptune fountain. Large units with a terrace, and the stuff where very friendly!

The location is perfect for arriving by car. It's just outside the traffic restricted area. The staff at reception were cute and efficient, especially during breakfast service. Breakfast itself offered a variety of decent options and was plentiful, setting a good tone for the day. Unfortunately, the room was very small, and we were disappointed with the balcony view that overlooked a flat roof. The shower was cramped, and we faced a few maintenance issues like broken window blinds and a persistent light leak under the door. Some staff members seemed inattentive . Prices for the mini-bar felt excessive and lacked transparency, without a price list provided.

One downside was the lack of availability of public parking nearby. The on-site garage was convenient but came at an added cost that was a bit higher than expected.

Enjoyed a lovely 3-night stay! The staff's warmth. The room had unique touches, made it special. Breakfast each morning was a treat with ample delicious options to start the day right.
